Gayeong Kim
RTY-200 hr

Trauma Informed Yoga Certification

Kim began her yoga journey five years ago in South Korea and continued exploring Vinyasa and Hatha styles while living in Singapore. What started as a physical practice soon revealed itself to be so much more—offering balance, clarity, and inner peace amid a fast-paced career in tech.

After relocating to her third home, San Antonio, Kim completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. In 2025, she earned a Trauma-Informed Yoga certification in New York City and is now expanding her practice into meditation and sound healing.

Kim is passionate about creating safe, grounding spaces where students can reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom—both on and off the mat.

Jinju Glow
RYT - 200

I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), trained in Seoul, South Korea, where my personal yoga journey was deeply shaped by both Eastern wisdom and modern movement practices.

Yoga, for me, has always been about connection — to breath, to body, and most beautifully, to community. Through my practice and teaching, I’ve come to truly appreciate the uniqueness of every individual and their path.

My approach to teaching is rooted in mindful movement and intentional care. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming space for every-body — guiding students to explore ease in their mobility, balance in their body, and peace within their mind.

Expect classes that are thoughtful, grounding, and infused with compassion — where you’ll feel supported to move with awareness and connect with your inner strength.

Most of all, I love getting to know my students and sharing the practice of yoga together. So don’t hesitate to come say hello — I look forward to flowing with you soon!

Cristina began teaching a Gentle

Flow class at Yoga in Motion studio in San Antonio.

Now, after ten years, I am excited to share my love of teaching with the Libelula yoga community.

When we practice mindfully through the union of body, mind, and breath, we achieve inner

harmony, balance, and a connection with our higher self.

“The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible in not the goal, Standing on your

hands is not the goal.

The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates.

The goal is to love, well…You.

Come to your yoga mat to feel, not accomplish.

Shift your focus and your heart will grow.”
